CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may cancel it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

 CANCELLATION POLICY 

 All cancellations must be done within 3 days of the purchase date. Services related to Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Social Media and PR won’t be refunded once we have started with your work. If you’re not satisfied with our work you can let us know at hello@technocrypt.in. We offer unlimited revisions as long as it’s within service period and specifications stated during purchase.   

REFUNDS POLICY  

After receiving cancellation order and inspecting the circumstances of cancellation by our staff, we will process your cancellation and refund in your preferred payment method or exchange for your desired services. Please allow at least 10 days from the date of successful cancellation if you have chosen to get a refund in original payment method. If you’ve chosen store credits or exchange with a different service provided by our company on our website, we can do so immediately. 

RULES    

For cancellations and refund, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. In case we delivered a service or product upon purchase within the specified time period in our cancellation policy and you’re not satisfied with our services and it has resulted in certain loss of our esteemed customer, we’ll process the refund after investigating the entire issue. After refund has been processed customers are strictly  advised not to use those products/services provided by us. If any customer is found guilty of using our products/services after we have processed the refund we’ll be forced to take a legal step towards this act and customer will be liable to pay for the incurred losses to the company because of their actions.
